Associate, Product Safety & Compliance

RH is seeking a Product Compliance Associate to join our Legal and Compliance team. In this role you will provide daily support on various projects and collaborate with team members to ensure RH products meet safety and legal standards. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a business support role and background in a product focused business environment. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide daily support to the Product Safety and Compliance Leaders responsible for overseeing the RH Product Safety Testing Program
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and external vendor partners 
• Manage and oversee the Product Safety and Compliance Team’s email inbox
• Organize and electronically file product test reports for quick and efficient retrieval 
• Review, obtain approval, and promptly submit product testing invoices for payment 
• Monitor and document Product Safety issues by reviewing weekly reports, recording concerns for leadership review, and coordinating the tracking of inventory and shipment of product test samples  
• Coordinate with Product Safety and compliance Leaders to review new product SKUs, identify required testing, determine appropriate testing level, and decide who should conduct testing
• Generate and analyze data reports as needed

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint and Word, with the ability to work in web based, data management, workflow, and communications platforms
