HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

· Support culture initiatives and strategy by providing hands-on assistance for employee engagement programs, events and activities. Increasing employee engagement through company-sponsored activities.

· Assist in developing streamlined communication methods, including print and digital communication platforms, in an environment with multiple languages.

· Provide employee support with HR information system and make suggestions to improve employee self-service capabilities.

· Provide associate and organizational support by assisting with policies, practices, programs, and regulations.

· Provide support to the Human Resource team, including but not limited to recruiting, communication, training, analysis and engagement.

· Assist in executing daily tasks, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.

· Contribute to an action and solutions-oriented team, partnering with leaders to develop HR and business acumen throughout the internship.

· Prepare and deliver a presentation to the Executive Leadership Team, outlining lessons learned and completed projects at the end of the internship.

Requirements:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Willingness to problem solve and research tools and resources to improve operations.

· Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
