As a leading Coupa Services Partner – CrossCountry was named 2024 Partner of the Year – we offer a full suite of services to our clients, supporting them through their project lifecycle and beyond. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recent college graduate (within the last 18 months) to join our Coupa implementation team. As an Associate, you will be part of a high-growth team focused on cutting-edge spend management transformation. You will be able to build your career with training and mentorship from experienced consultants and be able to grow into a Consultant role within 18 to 24 months. You will also get to be part of a collaborative and inclusive team culture that works globally. This entry-level position is ideal for those eager to building a consulting career in procurement and financial transformation through technology. To maximize success for this individual, we are currently seeking Associates in the Washington, DC metro area who can start in September 2025 and be willing to work in our local and/or client offices for collaboration and team-building events.

What You'll Do
- Learn Coupa functionality across Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and related modules
- Collaborate closely with experienced team members to develop a strong foundation in consulting skills and project delivery
- Support consultants on Coupa implementation projects through research, documentation, and hands-on configuration tasks
- Assist with data gathering, cleansing, and validation to support functional system configurations
- Participate in client meetings and help document business requirements and action items
- Perform system testing activities including test case creation, execution, and result analysis
- Help prepare training materials and other deliverables to support client change management and adoption
- Take initiative on internal team support tasks such as process documentation, reporting, and knowledge sharing
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain)
- 0–18 months of professional experience (internships, academic projects, or co-ops related to finance, ERP systems, or consulting are a plus)
- Strong interest in technology consulting and digital transformation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to learn quickly and take ownership of work
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Washington, DC area
- Willingness to travel up to 50-75% (as needed during critical project milestones and for team collaboration/events)
