We help shape how the investment community understands one of the most dynamic growth companies in the market, translating our financial performance, business momentum and long-term vision into a compelling narrative for shareholders and prospective investors.<br><br>As a key member of a small, high-performing team, you will partner closely with the Head of Investor Relations and collaborate across Finance, Corporate Development, Strategy, Marketing and Communications to help communicate Axon's growth story to the capital markets. You'll contribute to earnings preparation, investor engagement, industry and competitive analysis, strategic projects and the development of materials that support conversations with investors and analysts around the world.<br><br>This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of Axon's business, products, financial performance and long-term strategy. This role follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
