None/Not RequiredWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Aerospace Calibration Supervisor to oversee the calibration laboratory operations and ensure all measurement equipment meets industry standards. As an Aerospace Calibration Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the precision and reliability of critical measurement systems that support aerospace production and maintenance. You’ll lead a team of Calibration Technicians, oversee daily laboratory operations, and maintain compliance with industry standards such as AS9100 and ISO/IEC 17025. This position offers the opportunity to drive process improvements, mentor technical talent, and interface with internal and external stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of measurement accuracy and quality control. What YOU Will Do:
- Supervise and lead the daily operations of the calibration team and laboratory
- Schedule and prioritize calibration activities to ensure timely support for production and maintenance needs
- Maintain and improve calibration procedures, documentation, and control systems
- Conduct audits and manage corrective/preventive actions related to measurement systems
- Train and mentor calibration technicians to maintain technical competence and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Interface with internal departments and external auditors on measurement traceability and calibration compliance
- Analyze trends in calibration data to drive improvements in measurement reliability and process control

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of aerospace quality systems, including AS9100 and ISO/IEC 17025
- Proficiency with calibration standards, instruments, and software
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in calibration or metrology, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Certification in metrology or calibration (e.g., ASQ CCT) is a plus
