Field Service/ Calibration Technician (J&J Calibration)

<p>We are seeking Calibration Technicians of all levels to join our J&J Calibration, an Accredited Labs company! </p> <p>Are you eager to blend your customer service experience with your technical and mechanical skills? Making this position suitable for both entry-level candidates and those with experience.</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>At our J&J branch office in Walcott, ND and on-site at various customer sites and <strong>50% overnight travel.</strong></p> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Able to lift 50lbs</li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card is required</span></li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Comfortable driving larger vehicles and/or current CDL a plus but not required </span></li> <li>Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Good organizational and prioritization skills</li> <li>Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record</li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel to customers’ locations in the Walcott, ND and some possible overnight out-of-state travel. There is a potential for up to 50% travel at peak periods.</li> <li>Comfortable driving large trucks/vans</li> </ul> <p><strong>Day to Day Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Complete accurate and timely calibrations in the lab and on customer sites</li> <li>Perform routine and complex calibration on various equipment per company processes and instructional documentation</li> <li>Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures, standards, and protocols </li> <li>Working directly with clients with good communication to provide client updates on services needed </li> <li>Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quali
