About the role:As the Manager, Global Consumer and Member Insights – EMEA, you will play a critical role in supporting business decision-making by providing high-quality consumer and member insights across the EMEA region. You will design and manage both primary and secondary market research projects, analyze findings, and deliver strategic recommendations that support key initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective project execution, methodological integrity, and actionable results.
In this role, you will:
- Design and manage qualitative and quantitative research projects for various markets within EMEA.
- Support research planning by selecting appropriate methodologies and developing questionnaires, discussion guides, and survey tools.
- Conduct in-depth analyses using advanced statistical methods and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into research goals.
- Interpret complex research findings and translate them into clear, business-oriented recommendations.
- Work with regional teams in EMEA, India, and RSM to support market-specific insights.
- Identify and manage external research vendors, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of departmental projects and support operational excellence.
- Liaise with Finance, HR, and Business Services teams as needed to support departmental operations.
- Provide insights that shape strategy, marketing, and product development decisions.
Our Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in the custom Market Research industry.
- At least 1 year of experience within a corporate or specific industry sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, SurveyMonkey, and advanced survey tools like Decipher.
- Experience with SPSS or other advanced statistical analysis tools (e.g., R).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in cross-cultural and matrixed organizations.
- Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
