Senior Business Analyst

Our end-to-end technology solutions cover a wide range of needs for Banking, Financial Services, Utilities, Insurance, Retail organizations, and beyond.</p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for passionate Senior Business Analyst to join our team and collaborate closely with our customers in the domestic and international public sector IT projects.</p><p>A Day in the Life of a <strong>Senior Business Analyst </strong>will include</p><ul> <li>Lead business requirements gathering and ensure alignment with project goals</li> <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business processes, KPIs, and requirements</li> <li>Analyze current business processes and propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness. </li> <li>Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives </li> <li>Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are translated into successful solutions</li> <li>Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories. </li> <li>Manage product backlog, participate in iteration and release planning, and actively engage in agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery and improvement</li> <li>Develop Requirements Management Plans and Traceability Matrixes to monitor and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all requirements are met</li> <li>Assist in user acceptance testing and training activities.</li> <li>Ensure alignment with data governance policies and Azure-based AI project scope</li> </ul><ul><li>Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>University degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field</li> <li>Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles</li> <li>Familiarity with data governance, AI, and cloud platforms</li> <li>Experience as a business analyst in Cloud, AI and data analytics projects</li> <li>Experience in documenting business requirements for cloud, AI and data analytics projects within Azure</li> <li>Sound knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices, demonstrated by practical experience in IT projects</li> <li>Experience in requirements development and management in software development projects during the whole software development life cycle</li> <li>Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and project team members</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Experience and willingness to work in an international/multicultural environment</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)</li> </ul><p></p><p>Additional Qualifications, knowledge and skills: </p><p>Must have a relevant certifications: </p><ul> <li>PMI Professional in Business Analysis – PMI-PBA®, or</li> <li>IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional – CBAP®; </li> </ul><p>Nice to have:</p><ul> <li>Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is highly desirable.</li> <li>Relevant certifications in internationally recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is considered an asset</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Your Life @ Qualco </strong><br/>This role is a hybrid opportunity in Athens. </p><p>As a #Qmember, you will live out every day in a truly human-centered culture, based on mutual respect, trust, and cooperation.
