The Boldt Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support projects ranging from large ground-up healthcare facilities to complex data center construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who is ready to take the next step in their career by expanding their project management responsibilities while working alongside experienced project leaders on some of the industry's most challenging and rewarding projects.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will partner with Project Managers and field leadership teams to help drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities include managing RFIs and submittals, supporting procurement and subcontractor coordination, tracking project costs and budgets, assisting with schedule management, and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in construction operations, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and a desire to grow into a lead project management role while contributing to the safe, successful delivery of complex construction projects.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience of construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or other related degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
- Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams
- Experience in tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment
- Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management
Nice to Have
- Bluebeam or similar document control tools
- Scheduling experience or interest in look-ahead planning
- Experience supporting multiple subcontractors or scopes
