These values describe how our global organization works and inspire every of our more than 3,000 employees across 55 different countries. </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>The essence of the role</strong></p><p>As Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key part of finance team supporting Operator business, where you will be responsible for budget/forecast monitoring, analysis, and KPI reporting. We believe that you have experience in combining traditional analysis with a modern analytical mindset in combination with being a skilled communicator. This is a business-oriented role, working both hands-on and strategic, with various budget owners within the organization. This is a great opportunity for you to influence, develop and grow both your own role as well as within Sinch. The role reports to Business Controller and will be based at Sinch HQ in Stockholm. We work in a flexible hybrid model.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Primary responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>As a key financial analyst for Operator business primarily A2P Monetization you would support, discuss, and challenge financial impacts with the responsible stakeholders.</li> <li>Actively work in the monthly closing, forecast and budgeting for your area. </li> <li>Continuously improve financial processes for A2P Monetization business such as sales approvals, COGS management.</li> <li>Improve business case models, provide financial governance on the cases and track customer profitability.</li> <li>Keep track of prepayment requirement and cash flow status and secure this is aligned with Group Finance Treasury and improve the process.</li> <li>Utilizing Tableau for financial reporting and continuous development of the reports produced in cooperation with BI team.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>6 - 8 years of work experience primarily as a financial analyst</li> <li>Academic degree in Finance or Business Administration, Engineering or similar</li> <li>You should love Excel and be fierce on Power point</li> <li>Have excellent communication, financial and analytical skills, with a data driven approach</li> <li>Experience from working in Tableau, Aaro or Planning tools is an advantage</li> <li>A proven track record of visualization and storytelling</li> <li> You have strong customer focus and create value for your stakeholders</li> <li>Flexibility - the ability to live and act in a climate of change</li> <li>Humble with great personal skills and a true team-player</li> <li>Have a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset with a doer attitude</li> <li>Fluent in English in speech and writing</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Sinch is a global company composed of people from different countries and cultures.
