Description
The identified postdoctoral associate will work on theoretical condensed matter physics. He/She will apply advanced tensor network numerical techniques to both classical and quantum many body problems, and will direct experiments on quantum hardware such as IBM Quantum. He/She will be supervised by Professor Soejima and Professor Mitra.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $62,500.00 - $74,800.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
