Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Staff or Principal Product Partnerships Manager with deep experience in martech, adtech, or mobile advertising ecosystems. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and scaling strategic technology partnerships that extend Branch’s platform, enhance customer outcomes, and fuel our product roadmap.
You’ll work closely with product management, business development, and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and execute integrations with key partners. You'll be the internal expert on partner capabilities and how they intersect with Branch’s offerings—ensuring we’re ahead of market trends and delivering customer value through our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new technology partners aligned with Branch’s business and product strategy. Help define the long-term vision for Branch’s product partnerships ecosystem and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Integration Management: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define integration requirements, development timelines, and success metrics.
- Partner Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the partner lifecycle from initial technical scoping through go-to-market enablement and post-launch success.
- Industry Representation: Represent Branch in partner discussions and at industry events, building strong relationships with counterparts at major platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Braze, Salesforce, Adobe).
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner integrations align with Branch’s product roadmap and customer needs.
- Internal Partner Advisor: Serve as a technical and strategic advisor on partner capabilities, internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in product partnerships, technical partnerships, or partner engineering, preferably within martech, adtech, or mobile ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of how adtech/martech platforms operate, especially attribution, analytics, audience segmentation, identity resolution, and privacy frameworks (e.g., SKAdNetwork, ATT, GAID/IDFA changes).
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling high-impact product integrations.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and ownership.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build trusted relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, product-led organizations.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS, product marketing, and adtech or martech.
This role is 100% remote in CA. This role is only eligible for remote work in specific locations including Denver, CO and Texas. If based in Austin the role will be Hybrid and will follow a Hybrid schedule that will be aligned with our Return to Office guidelines.
In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in CA is $200,000 to $250,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.
The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
