Our Finance team serves as a critical business partner responsible for managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management and asset management. As a Senior Analyst, SEC Reporting on the SEC Reporting team reporting to the Manager, SEC reporting, you will focus on SEC reporting, subsidiary reporting, and understanding new SEC/FASB rules and their impact on the Company.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and related footnotes for inclusion in quarterly reviewed and annually audited financial statements, ensuring compliance under U.S. GAAP and the SEC reporting requirements, as applicable
  • Prepare the earnings release, documents to support the earnings call and additional needs of the Investor Relations team
  • Prepare subsidiary financial statements for multiple reporting obligations, ensuring compliance with all reporting and disclosure requirements under U.S. GAAP or other standards, as applicable
  • Prepare government filings, ensuring consistent reporting across various data requests
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly deliverables to support forecast needs

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Collaborate with the Technical Accounting team to understand recent transactions and how they will impact disclosures
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to obtain data needed to prepare SEC filings and subsidiary reports

What you will take ownership of:

  • This role is very collaborative; all team members are expected to take ownership of their tasks and to understand the underlying transactions and support
