SOLUTE, Inc., a Sigma Defense Systems Company, is seeking a Navy Veteran with extensive Launch Area Coordinator / Tasking Authority (LAC/TA) experience to fill the LAC/TA position as part of the ATGPAC Battle Lab team at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP).

We need the rare skill set you have developed in Naval Warfare control management to assist the ATG Battle Lab in executing its mission of providing tactical training to ships in the basic phase through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST). Be on the cutting edge of Live Virtual Training and make a difference to our Navy’s capability at the same time.

Join this exceptional team of Technical Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Equipment Technicians and Equipment Operators in the configuration and operation of the Fleet Battle Lab and Modeling & Simulation Control Centers; Synthetic Training Event Planning, Integration and Execution; BMD Systems and Training Support; Tactical Data Management Support and Executive Agent Support.

Requirements

• Must possess current Security Clearance of SECRET.
• Naval Warfare Specialist. Must have Naval Warfare experience in implementation of Task Group Concept as a Launch Area Coordinator / Tasking Authority (LAC/TA) or as a senior staff member for a Task Group/Force Commander, or as a Senior Facilitator with equivalent experience training warfare commanders or senior staff members.
• Must have experience as a Fleet or Carrier Strike Group TLAM Officer/Assistant.
• Experience as a Launch Area Coordinator in Strike Group or Tasking Authority/Tomahawk Executive Agent.
• Must have scenario development/training experience and configuration and operation experience for the following systems: Mission Distribution System (MDS), Tomahawk Strike Network (TSN), GCCS-M, Tomahawk Collaboration Tool (TCT).
• Must have experience operating a tactical training type of military system such as JSAF/MARCI System and Tactical Voice/Data Communications.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually.
