We make it happen through qualified, motivated and flexible professional associates, who uphold the heritage and values of Bosch - time-tested over 125 years of a successful journey; a journey marked by quality, reliability and innovation of service to enhance the interest of our customers and the community we live in.<br/> <br/> We provide solutions for businesses in primarily three areas:<br/> <br/> •Engineering Services<br/> •IT services<br/> •Business services<br/> <br/> Our focal industries:<br/> <br/> •Automotive industry<br/> •Industrial Technology<br/> •Consumer Goods and Building Technology.<br/> <br/> Our role<br/> “We see BGSW as helping us to achieve the technological lead we need to have in order to prevail in increasingly competitive world markets….. BGSW is about ensuring product excellence under conditions that allow us to maintain our global competitiveness” – Dr. Stefan Hartung, Chairman of the Board of Management, Robert Bosch GmbH.</p><p> </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Position:</strong>  Senior Manager / Technical expert who has proven leadership experience in managing global automotive powertrain/domain control unit development, experience in Software in Loop (SiL) validation and Test automation topics.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the topic Software in Loop (SIL) “virtual ECU/vehicle part” for the account, responsible for project acquisition to business development for the topic</li><li>Responsible to drive vECU development to meet customer and internal use-case requirements</li><li>Lead Test automation team for CI/CT/CX and test scripts development activities </li><li>Managing high complexity projects and diverse teams</li><li>Coordinate with various stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure project milestones</li><li>Act as a first point of contact for escalation &amp; business-related queries</li><li>Responsible for business development in Test automation domains</li><li>Responsible for business planning (Budget, Demand, HC and competency planning)</li><li>As a part of leadership team, ensure alignment &amp; implement project strategy in line with organization strategy</li><li>Lead cross functional activities &amp; collaborate with leadership team as needed</li><li>Responsible for team Competency building looking at current and future needs </li><li>Engage closely with the associates and enable their development</li><li>Responsible for People management &amp; career development of the team</li><li>Goals setting, feedback &amp; Performance discussions</li><li>Flexible to travel globally based on business need to participate in various supplier discussions, technical and management discussions</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Skills Required </strong></p><ul><li>Good experience in automotive control unit development, Software in loop (SiL), Hardware in Loop (HiL), Test Automation with good overview on sensors and actuators</li><li>Experience in Powertrain domain /Transmission functionalists, ECU validation and simulation</li><li>Good understanding of SiL testing (Silver, Dymola, Simscape etc.) and Experience on virtualization tools (dSPACE/ETAS/Vector)</li><li>Exposure to various HiL test tools: Vector CANoe, CANAPE/CANOE/Canalyzer/Candela Studio/INCA/CANOE, etc</li><li>Experience in scripting languages for automation (Python, Perl etc.) and Test Automation, CI/CT (an added advantage)</li><li>Experience in development of test specification, test scripting, test execution, test reporting and defect management</li><li>Understanding about plant/environment models, FMU &amp; FMI standards</li><li>Good knowledge of the SW development - Process, Methods &amp; Tools</li><li>Good experience of various quality standards &amp; practices</li><li>Ability in conflict management: technical, people and strategy</li><li>Demonstrates good business acumen &amp; strong inter-personal skills</li><li>Knowledge of German language is an added advantage</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 15+ years of experience</p
