ADI Trinamic Solutions Group is seeking a motivated Product Applications Intern to provide support to the HW & Applications Team in Hamburg, Germany. The team is developing board-level motor and motion control solutions and evaluating these in industrial, medical, and consumer applications. Internship in the team will give insight into the business, seeing the technical challenges that the customers are facing, and an opportunity to provide fitting solutions.  

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:  

  • Contributing to the design and testing of development boards and demos 

  • Contributing to product evaluation  

  • Contributing to technical documentation (user guides, application notes) 

  • Providing technical support  

Minimum qualifications:  

  • Working towards MS in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Automation Technology or a related field 

  • Understanding of analog, digital and mixed signal electronics fundamentals 

  • Basic PCB design experience 

  • Programming skills in C/C++ and/or Python 

  • Hands-on experience with common electronics lab equipment (oscilloscope, DMM, solder station…) 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
