About the Job:

The Business Intelligence department is looking for a Data Quality Analyst with a strong technical background and a passion for ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This role is central to maintaining the quality and reliability of the organization’s data assets, working closely with internal stakeholders to design and implement robust data quality processes.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to independently manage data quality initiatives, having a lasting impact on the airport's operations by ensuring that all business decisions are based on clean, consistent, and reliable data. With the ability to solve complex, unique challenges that are more robust and opaque than those typically found in the private sector, this role is essential in supporting the dynamic nature of our airport’s operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Identify data owners and stewards, gather data requirements, and align on data quality objectives. Provide expert advice based on assessments.
  • Design and conduct data quality checks: Independently ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability by conducting profiling and analysis to resolve quality issues.
  • Champion data quality processes: Lead workgroups and promote a culture of data quality, acting as the expert on complex governance matters.
  • Stay updated on data quality trends: Ensure tools and methodologies remain current with industry standards.
