Job Description

AFB International – Where We Make Pet Food Taste Great!

Joining our team as a Manufacturing Technician I - Dry - A Crew, you will commit to:

• A Crew Shift Hours: 6 am-6 pm; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday

• Prioritizing safety while setting up, operating, and monitoring machinery, performing adjustments, and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain smooth operations

• Conducting rigorous quality control checks to uphold high standards

• Accurately logging production data, machine performance, and downtime for continuous improvement

• Packaging dry goods with precision and care

• Collaborating closely with teams to ensure seamless handoffs during shift change, and equipment repair

Requirements to join out team:

• High school diploma or equivalent or successful completion of a company administered basic skills assessment

• Production or manufacturing experience (food processing, manufacturing, warehousing, construction, or farming experience a plus)

• Reliability with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance

• Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs and stand for extended periods during a 12hr shift in a semi-dusty environment
