As our SI Business Strategy Director, you’ll support HID’s success by: 
•    Working closely with the Business Area leaders in formulating and capturing the collective strategies that support the business area which may include industry research
•    Managing complex research and analyses to drive business case development for key strategic focus areas 
•    Prioritizing analysis through hypothesis-based problem solving while identifying downstream business implications and insights
•    Translating analysis output into practical and implementable recommendations
•    Supporting end-to-end Business Area strategy development including adjustments to existing strategies based on new learnings and changes in the competitive environment. 
•    Serving as an individual contributor and managing projects, including defining the project scope, performing quantitative analysis, synthesizing recommendations, preparing executive level business presentations, presenting results to leadership, and driving adoption and implementation of identified actions
•    Sharing insights and recommendations in a structured and easily digestible manner in both written and oral format, persuading based on facts and sound logic
•    Tracking and monitoring key initiatives and results of implemented strategies
•    Championing of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and ensuring both business areas are leveraging the methodology to drive our 5-year strategy 

 

Your Experience and Background include:  
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Strategy or Economics is desirable, or other relevant college experience with demonstrated strategic capability  
•    Three plus years professional experience in top-tier management consulting firm
•    Ability to present and communicate analytical findings in a concise and clear fashion
•    Ability to design and build effective executive-level presentations
•    Ability to identify and define difficult business problems while demonstrating a “nose for value” to discern what is most important
•    Ability to consolidate disparate inputs and information into a cohesive message
•    Strong problem-solving skills, project management experience, and strategic acumen – in combination with a practical, action-based mindset
•    High proficiency with Microsoft products especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
•    Experience working independently as well as in a team environment
•    Collaborative mindset
•    Ability to travel internationally when required
