Key Responsibilities

Assists Journey man will all aspects of electrical work as assigned.
Safe use of electrical tools to accomplish tasks.
Basic understanding of electrical work in readiness to assist as required.
Perform other routine duties as directed by experienced tradesperson.

Qualifications

Must possess basic electrical knowledge
Must have the ability to understand the use of tools in the trade
Technical Trade School completion highly preferred.
GED or High School graduate required.
Must be able to follow specific directions and perform a variety of duties which may often change.
Must be able to evaluate information using measurable standards.
Must be able to work within standards.
Must be willing to repeat tasks of short duration according to a set procedure.
Understand English and follow directives.
Must have a Valid Florida Driver’s License.
This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials, tools, or equipment. Manual material handling must be performed in accordance with OSHA safety standards and company policies to minimize risk of injury.
