Sales Contract Manager, Multi Accounts

Position Description:
The Residential Sales Contract Management team are responsible for managing the Sales requirements across all outsourced sales partners.
The Sales Contract Manager (Multi Accounts) will play a key role in ensuring the delivering of Electric Ireland’s Annual Sales Targets. This varied role covers developers, groups, brokers and utility switching companies. The role will be required to develop strong relationships with building developers and related industry groups and understand the issues they face, delivering customer propositions that meets both their, and the end user, requirements. The Sales Contract Manager will be responsible for the management of the relevant outsourced partner contract.
Key Responsibilities

Developing key relationships with internal and third party stakeholders, including developers, groups and brokers.

Delivering on annual sales targets set out by residential strategy in line with the budget allocation

Management of the outsourced partner contract (multi account team)

Management of the utility switching contracts to ensure delivery of targets within budget.

Regular review of outsource partner KPI’s, conversion and retention targets

Governance of finances associated with residential contracts

Negotiation of rates with Energy Brokers, ensuring value for money within agreed budgets

Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance

Ensuring all policies and procedures carried out within the outsourced partner are compliant with GDPR and CRU guidelines

Promoting continuous improvements with outsource partners and Electric Ireland teams

Provide excellence in customer service and assist in the resolution of any customer sales complaints that may arise

Challenge deviations to KPI and Sales targets and work with outsource partners to overcome any obstacles that may present a concern to the achievement of targets

Track and present budget and cost per sale figures on monthly basis to the business

Manage the transition of new products from the business to the outsource partners through the Contract Change Control Process

Health and Safety; ensure all sales activities including that of our third party sales channels are carried out in a safe way that protects our staff, third party sales agents and management and the general public.
Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- A relevant 3rd level qualification or equivalent work experience.

Excellent customer service, management and organisational skills

Proven ability to lead and encourage system and process change

Ability to build relationships and work on variety of projects simultaneously

Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

Strong IT and analytical skills
Desirable
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

Experience managing a third party delivery partner in a related discipline

Proven commercial project management track record
-
Excellent knowledge of Electric Ireland’s wide range of energy products, services, policies and processes
