Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Director to support aptihealth’s financial health and growth. The Director will support the Company's financial forecasting function, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, design and reporting of key performance indicators and various special projects. You will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects requested by senior management. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal' business decision making.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working with finance and accounting team on financial close package including revenue variance analysis, cost of sales and operating expense trending and variance analysis and cash forecasting.
• Drive the strategic and financial planning process to build aligned long-range and short-term plans for the company, which includes building financials models and owning the process.
• Partner with business and finance leads to drive performance and achievement of plans through clearly defined goals, outcomes and KPIs.
• Work with business partners in Medical Group Operations, Sales, Product & Development, Legal, Research and Marketing to build financial and pricing models, and support decision making for new deals and product performance.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly performance reviews with leadership team and business partner to drive accountability and execution.
• Build and maintain dynamic reporting and planning infrastructure that sustain through growth.
• Complete market research and comparative analysis of market drivers and trends.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure complete and accurate reporting of information that complies with accounting rules while reflecting the business value appropriately.
• Support planning, management and execution of strategic projects and initiatives at quality and in a timely fashion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
• 5-7 years’ experience in FP&A, corporate environment with experience in Health care a plus.
• Experience in performing detail analysis on financial statements related to revenue, cost of sales and operating expenses along with balance sheet and statement of cash flows trends.
• Proven ability to dive into the details around key drivers of the business and perform variance analysis to deliver value added management discussion and analysis (MD&A).
• Experience implementing and using financial planning tools and building infrastructure that scales with growth.
• Ability to create and develop robust financial models & analysis quickly to provide meaningful insights & recommendations.
• Extensive experience creating financial presentations and Board decks.
