Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > North, West, East
Plant Engineering is a part of Service NCE (Northern & Central Europe) and supports the organization in installing and servicing a great number of SCADA systems, controlling medium and large sized wind power plants. Our job is to turn a bunch of wind turbines into a power plant, according to contractual and regional requirements. Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors.
The team consists of 40 people, divided into two covering Central Europe and Northern/Western/Eastern (NWE) Europe. As Senior Team Lead for SCADA Project Management you will be responsible for the NWE team. The NWE team support stakeholders, to ensure that Vestas can deliver on contractual obligations to our customers. The department holds an overall responsibility for the projects associated with SCADA. We are currently riding the wave of increased need for sustainable energy, resulting in a lot of development opportunities. You will be responsible for and quite involved in a lot of different projects and work with the newest technologies in the market.

 

Responsibilities

  • Being a member of the NCE Plant Engineering Management team, and take part in our effort to succeed on our strategy

Qualifications
We expect you to hold the following requirements:

  • Proven leadership skills through personal or technical leadership experience
  • Great communication skills and fluency in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Technical education within IT at an engineering level combined with experience from a similar position
  • Solid understanding and experience within SCADA as you need to be able to understand the technical discussions within your team

Additional information
Location: Videbæk, Denmark.
Travel: Maximum 30 days per year.
Start date: February 1st, 2024. We are open to meeting your individual requirements.
