Senior Manager, Performance & Profitability Center of Excellence (P2O) works across various organizations in Pfizer to identify complex processes for mapping, mining, validation of findings, digital solutions ideation, execution and continuous measurement of value delivered.
What You Will Achieve
Collaborates with business stakeholders, process owners across Pfizer to identify the complex processes, corresponding Digital solutions that host transactional data behind these processes
Work with P2O team members and business stakeholders during data ingestion, process mapping, mining and validation of process findings for improvements
Collaborate with various Digital partners, automation teams to come up with different solution options with pros and cons to present them to business stakeholders, process owners
Partner with business stakeholders and process owners to define measurable goals with outcomes to get endorsement
Identify the Digital solutions and work with solution owners to get access needed to extract data for process mining, automations
Collaborates with digital leaders and business stakeholders, to define strategy and processes that are aligned with corporate, departmental and /or functional area strategies and objectives.
Works closely with management on significant business process or technical matters and provides technical expertise
Develop user stories and epics to encapsulate business requirements for prioritization
Assist teams with the execution of test cases and scripts, ensuring customer expectations are met through the delivery of services or projects.
Lead Value Measurement workstream to measure the value delivered across P2O applications for monthly management reporting
Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to project sponsors, drive best practices
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with 1+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
Proven expertise in collaborating with sponsors and business leadership teams to develop and deliver projects, strategies, and operating plans
Demonstrated understanding of key Agile techniques and a deep comprehension of systems and information architecture
Broad knowledge of corporate enterprise systems
Innovative mindset with strong delivery-oriented values
Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
A Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience working on global programs
A good understanding of business customers' expectations and preferences, and how digital fits in
Ability to anticipate and troubleshoot roadblocks, influencing teams to meet division targets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Up to 20% Travel to domestic and international sites may be required
This is not a remote role. This is a flexible role. Candidate will have to go to assigned Pfizer site as per “Login In for Your Day” guidance for the site.
Work Location Assignment: Must be able to work in assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business
