Consider joining our team as a Maintenance Technician for our District Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What you’ll do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Complete work orders for condominium owners and common areas of buildings.
• Use maintenance skills in electric, plumbing, grounds, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Scheduled hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, with an on-call rotation

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, auto-insurance, and a reliable truck or van for work use.
• Residential maintenance experience.
