Job Description
Join an innovative healthcare organization as their Outbound Marketing Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in connecting patients with essential mental health and assisted living services. This position offers the unique opportunity to build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals across various medical facilities, ensuring vulnerable populations receive access to crucial care services. You’ll serve as a key liaison between our client’s medical providers and the broader healthcare community, facilitating vital connections that make a real difference in people’s lives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional outreach calls to healthcare partners including hospitals, clinics, and treatment centers
- Build and maintain relationships with social workers, case managers, and therapists
- Share timely updates about provider availability and service openings with referral partners
- Maintain detailed records of all healthcare partner communications and follow-ups including answering calls, scheduling patients and checking insurance eligibility.
- Create and nurture ongoing relationships with key healthcare facilities
- Provide comprehensive information about available mental health services and assisted living options
- Track and document all outreach activities and relationship development progress
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure accurate availability information
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence
- MUST HAVE WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals
- Basic understanding of healthcare terminology and medical referral processes
- Experience in professional communication or healthcare relationship management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to maintain organized records and follow-up systems
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through capabilities
- Professional written and verbal English communication skills
- Quiet, dedicated home office space with reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with the team
