Your role:

  • Define the go-to-market strategy for the product portfolio, including new biomarker launches, product improvements, and end-of-life timelines.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns, integrating pricing strategies, product positioning, customer targeting, and sales education to drive assay penetration, revenue, and profitability in the region.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the product portfolio and regional marketing activities against set KPIs.
  • Deploy targeted sales programs to accelerate pipeline velocity and address gaps in targeted segments and key accounts.
  • Analyze the competitive Dx landscape to identify key differentiators of the Siemens portfolio and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Partner with the Global Marketing team to provide customer insights and collaborate on developing business cases to drive the assay portfolio strategy and prioritization of assay development resources to meet the needs of the NAM customer market.
  • Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for sales and technical teams, provide marketing materials, lead generation, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and customers, develop and deliver customer presentations highlighting the clinical advantages of Dx assays.
  • Utilize strong communication skills and an in-depth understanding of healthcare trends to drive success in this position.

 Your expertise:

  • Minimum BA/BS degree with a focus on marketing and/or commercial execution excellence; MBA or MS/PhD preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, or sales in a Dx laboratory setting (Marketing Manager). 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, or sales in a Dx laboratory setting (Senior Marketing Manager).
  • Experience in Lab Dx required. Clinical Chemistry and/or Immunology experience preferred.
  • Results-oriented; ability to design scalable solutions to address business questions and/or challenges; self-motivated and organized to complete high-quality work projects on time successfully.
  • Ability to lead and effectively collaborate across multiple marketing and sales organizations, partnering with various stakeholders to build consensus and achieve business results.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and deliver executive business case presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of creative problem-solving and resolving customer needs.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven to quantify the impact of continuous improvement efforts on customer performance.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with the ability to influence beyond direct lines of control.
  • Expertise in utilizing advanced sales tools for data analysis and managing customer relationships, using Power BI, CRM system, and SAP.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, based on business needs

The base pay range for this position is:

$128,480 - $176,660
