Where all contributions and new ideas are explored with an open mind and work is driven by our shared values: be courageous, be accountable, be honest, be inclusive and elevate others.</p><p></p><p><b>Job Description Summary</b></p><p></p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><h2>ROLE</h2><p></p><p><span>Senior Consultants work closely with Engagement Manager, Principals and Partners to solve challenging client questions.</span></p><p>​​​​​​​<span>Senior Consultants fully own assigned complex project and deliver components of the client engagement; In addition, the senior consultant drives the success of each project and develop long-term engagement with clients.</span></p><p></p><h2>KEY <span>RESPONSABILITIES </span></h2><p></p><h3>Project Execution/ Billability (70%-90%):</h3><ul><li><p><span><span>Manages the execution of a project, develops a plan to approach client’s needs, and leverages business experience and acumen in identifying strategies and project approach to client questions with limited guidance from senior roles.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Coordinate client and stakeholder engagements, leading meetings, reporting to clients on overall project execution</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Guide and review quantitative and qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client deliverables.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Understands and anticipates potential issues and/or challenges deriving from the initial ‘problem’ and able to communicate this effectively to the project team​ and senior roles.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Coordinates the creation of entire reports, presentations, workshops, and other client deliverables.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><b>Ensures the high quality, time</b><span> </span><b>and accuracy</b><span> </span>of complex deliverables.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><b>Develops an in-depth understanding of the life sciences and healthcare industry</b><span> </span>and a broad knowledge of related consulting methodologies through the delivery of consulting engagement and participation in formal and informal training programs.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><b>Provide oversight and direction to staff</b><span> </span>aligned with the organization's policies / procedures, vision, mission statement, and values.</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Business Development/ Corporate Initiatives (up to 20%):</h3><ul><li><p><span><span>Support the<span> </span><b>Business Development process</b><span> </span>from lead discovery to proposal defense<span> </span><b>as part of the execution team.</b></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Participate in<span> </span><b>corporate development</b><span> </span>by contributing to internal strategic projects, knowledge management, technology systems, and related functions.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><b>Manage, coach, and coordinate Associates and/or Analysts and act as their point of reference</b><span> </span>for daily activities and training, among others.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><b>Support preparation and delivery of sales presentations</b>, including quotes and full proposals.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><b>Support recruitment and oversee new employees onboarding</b>.</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3>Thought Leadership (up to 10%):</h3><ul><li><p><span><span>Support development of<span> </span><b>though leadership projects</b>, such as white papers, publications, specialized conferences and so forth.</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><h2>DESIRED QUALIFICATION &amp; EXPERIENCE </h2><ul><li><p><span>4-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, private equity, Life Sciences companies, or health technology assessment (HTA) agencies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Graduate degree with an excellent track record in either Life Sciences related, Business, Economics, or Engineering programs; PhD, specialized Masters in Lifesciences, MBA or similar degrees will be considered a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in managing and coaching teams of 2-4 people</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h2>TECHNICAL COMPETENCES &amp; SOFT SKILLS </h2><ul><li><p><span>Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve unstructured or ambiguous challenges.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven project management skills, including <span>client interaction,</span> full execution of deliverables, clear communication and negotiation skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication, being able to sell ideas effectively to internal and external stakeholders, and inte
