Your Role
The Stellarus Information Technology team provides technology solutions and services. The Technology Business Management Specialist, Principal will report to the Chief Information Officer, Stellarus. In this role you will drive strategic alignment across the Stellarus technology team by providing clear, actionable insights. This will be done by establishing, setting, and monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across senior leadership. Other duties as assigned. Your Work
In this role, you will:
Translate executive vision into technical requirements and subsequent deliverables
Develops and maintains executive dashboards to track key technological initiatives, metrics, and performance indicators.
Translates complex technical data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
Leads executive communications, ensuring consistent and strategic messaging across technology functions.
Prepares presentations, talking points, and updates for technology leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Supports alignment between the CTO and leadership team by surfacing priorities, risks, and decision needs.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Requires mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience
- Recognized subject matter expert
- For process design has relevant certifications, or hands-on proven expertise, in BPM and/or Lean Sigma methodology, tools, techniques
- Ability to deal with highly confidential information and act as a liaison between the business leader and other constituencies, both internal and external
- Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker that is self-driven, who has an eye for detail, is organized, and can manage multiple programs simultaneously
Excellent influence and engagement skills in building alignment and accountability without formal ownership or authority over talent resources
