Strategic Account Executive

We believe there is a massive opportunity to unlock productivity by placing data and intelligence at the core of business processes - and for that, we need you to join us.<br/><br/><strong>The Team:</strong></p> <p>Our Enterprise Sales team is responsible for selling into Fortune 50-500 brands across EMEA and across Manufacturing, High Tech, Life Sciences, Utilities, Banking and Retail and more. Using a consultative sales approach, you will create and cultivate relationships to build and maintain customers for life.</p> <p><strong>The work you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage a small amount of Strategic Accounts in Italy predominantly focused on the CPG/Retail/Media Customers</li> <li>Ability to create and execute complex Account Plans and joint roadmaps, to expand the Celonis adoption and value realization</li> <li>Engage cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below</li> <li>Represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions</li> <li>Hold an individual revenue target for closing six-figure deals within these accounts</li> <li>Engage closely with Partners, especially Big4, other consulting firms, and SaaS partners</li> <li>Engage closely with your extended team including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, value engineers, professional services, implementation partners</li> </ul> <p><strong>The qualifications you need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Several years of experience selling enterprise software at C-level in a Install base business focused field sales role (CFO, CPO, COO…)</li> <li>Experience selling to Enterprise accounts</li> <li>Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Have proven experience working with Partners, i.e. Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech</li> <li>Ability to adapt to a fast moving, ever changing, high growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset</li> <li>Willingness to be collaborative, inclusive, to embrace diversity and to have strong interpersonal skills #differentmakesusbetter</li> <li>Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team #bestteamwins</li> <li>Effective and articulate communication skills, with proficiency in Italian and English. </li> </ul> <p><strong>What Celonis can offer you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The unique opportunity to work with industry-leading process mining technology</li> <li>Investment in your personal growth and skill development (clear career paths, internal mobility opportunities, L&amp;D platform, mentorships, and more)</li> <li>Great compensation and benefits packages (equity (restricted stock units), life insurance, time off, generous leave for new parents from day one, and more).
