<p><strong>Job Overview:</strong>As the Strategic Program Manager Go To Market, you will act as a pivotal link between the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and various departments within SoSafe GmbH. Your role will involve strategic planning, program management, and driving key initiatives that support the company's revenue goals. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies that enhance our market presence and sales effectiveness.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ol> <li><strong>Strategic Planning:</strong> Collaborate with the CRO to develop and refine the company’s go-to-market strategy. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.</li> <li><strong>Program Management:</strong> Lead and manage critical projects and initiatives that support the sales and marketing teams. Ensure timely delivery of projects with a focus on quality and effectiveness.</li> <li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> Act as a liaison between the CRO and other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer success. Facilitate communication and alignment of goals across these teams.</li> <li><strong>Performance Analysis:</strong> Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to the CRO for enhancing sales strategies.</li> <li><strong>Leadership and Team Development:</strong> Provide leadership and guidance to project teams. Foster a collaborative work environment and contribute to the development of team members.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder Management:</strong> Engage with key stakeholders within and outside the organization to build strong relationships and partnerships. Represent the CRO in meetings and events as required.</li> <li><strong>Innovation and Continuous Improvement:</strong> Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and systems.</li> </ol> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
