What You'll Do:

• Define and execute the credit union's technology vision and strategy to support growth and innovation.
• Lead enterprise-wide IT operations, infrastructure, and systems development with a focus on security, efficiency, and scalability.
• Champion information security, compliance, and risk mitigation across all platforms.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies including AI, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee vendor relationships, architecture review boards, and strategic IT partnerships.
• Inspire and manage a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ensure seamless delivery of IT services and support through robust change management and performance monitoring.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
• 7+ years of experience managing and/or directing IT operations.
• 5+ years in the financial services industry preferred.
• Proven success in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership.
• Deep knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, security protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Symitar, VDI, LAN/WAN, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
