This is a field based role in the United States

 The Sr. Director, Commercial Growth & Alliances (North America) is a senior leader responsible for driving top-line growth and expanding embecta’s reach across medical supplies, diagnostics, and consumables, leveraging existing core capabilities and infrastructure. This role combines strategic partnership development with commercial leadership, leveraging deep industry experience to build high-impact alliances, scale new distribution agreements, and unlock new revenue streams through innovative business models and diversified access channels.

The ideal candidate excels at transforming flat or mature markets into growth opportunities and is recognized for delivering measurable results in complex healthcare environments. This role will report into and advise the SVP, President of North America on new revenue drivers and external opportunities that the region and/or
