About the role

At Vitamin Well Group, we provide healthier and better tasting drinks, snacks, and protein products. Our core brands are Vitamin Well, NOCCO and Barebells, which are present in all Nordic countries, most of Europe, North America, the MENA region, and parts of East Asia. Our revenue exceeds 500 million EURO and we have a strong double-digit annual volume growth rate. We provide products in over 40 markets, with an HQ in Stockholm and offices in thirteen countries around Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.

Are you passionate about strategic sourcing and eager to drive impact in a fast-growing, high-paced organisation? Vitamin Well Group is looking for an experienced sourcing professional to join our Global Sourcing Team at our headquarters in Stockholm.

In the role of Global Sourcing Manager, you will take the lead in shaping and optimising our collaboration with raw material suppliers, ensuring excellence in outsourced production. You will be a key contributor to optimising our wider global supplier network and delivering on the ambitious goals of both our international brands NOCCO, Vitamin Well, and Barebells as well as our local rising stars NOBE Aloe Vera and Smiling Concept.

Reporting to the Head of Supplier Relations, you will be part of the Global Strategic Sourcing team at HQ, working closely with other teams within the Global Product department, including Product Development, Quality, and Regulatory. This role entails extensive cross-functional collaboration to drive excellence and alignment across these key areas.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Management: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, with a key focus on raw materials, ensuring adherence to performance and quality standards.
  • Onboarding and Implementation: Lead RFQ processes and integrate new suppliers and products seamlessly into our operations.
  • Commercial Sourcing: Negotiate competitive terms to optimise production costs while prioritising company needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and reviews, driving continuous improvements in supplier performance and quality.
  • Risk Mitigation: Develop strategies to address supply chain risks and implement alternative sourcing solutions where necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance sourcing efficiency and supplier collaboration.
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an ambitious, results-oriented professional with the confidence to take ownership of projects and drive them to success. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and excel at building strong relationships. With a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, you are passionate about achieving exceptional results and creating value.

To succeed in this role, you should bring:
  • 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or category management, with a proven track record in commercial negotiations.
  • The ability to perform under pressure in dynamic procurement environments—experience in PE-owned or process-driven companies is an advantage.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A strategic approach to problem-solving and relationship management, combined with a practical focus on delivering outcomes.

What You Can Expect

This role offers the chance to make a visible impact from day one, working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions will directly influence our growth. As part of this opportunity, you will also play a key role in shaping the position, contributing to its evolution and direction.

You will get the opportunity to:

  • Take ownership of supplier relationships, driving meaningful results and strengthening collaboration.
  • Shape and execute sourcing strategies, balancing quality, cost, and innovation.
  • Be part of a high-performing team, where your ideas and expertise will be valued.
  • Grow alongside an ambitious organisation, with opportunities to expand your impact as we scale globally.

Welcome with your application at the latest January 24th 2025. We will review applications on an ongoing basis and the position may be filled before the last application day.

As every process is unique and so are you, we will ask you to submit a CV and not only apply with your LinkedIn profile.
