About the role

Lead and manage the daily operations of primary care billing teams (SCPCG, OBCC, and Affiliated clinics) and support roles to achieve the goals set by executive and revenue cycle leadership. Develop and coach supervisors and front-line teams to ensure team processes and business application systems are designed for maximally effective, efficient, customer service-oriented, and compliant billing and revenue collection. Work closely with leaders and program managers from the Seattle Children's Primary Care Group, finance, and charge capture/coding on clinical expansion initiatives. Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clinical and administrative leadership of primary care clinics to support their financial success. Functional assignments are fluid and may be reassigned or re-prioritized to address business needs.

  

This is a hybrid remote position and must be based in Washington state.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in health care administration, business administration or related field or five years equivalent experience in a hospital, home care or large clinic patient accounts department.
Minimum five years of supervisory experience.

Required Credentials


Preferred
More than three years of people leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.

Compensation Range

$104,797.00 - $157,195.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
