Your role at Sephora...
As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for definition and execution of scope, requirements, timing, and resources to drive operational excellence on the site. Your technical abilities drive you to build a top of class front end experience for our clients. Key business partners include Marketing, Product Management, Project Management, IT, Merchandising, Creative, and Client Experience. This role will report to the Senior Producer.
- Oversee product and SKU setup, maintain category taxonomy, and create and enforce data governance to ensure items are discoverable onsite through proper tagging
- Responsible for driving and managing from kick off to launch the on-time, on-strategy, high-quality execution of medium to large-size content & promotion projects for site initiatives across desktop, mobile web, and apps
- Use a variety of tools to power the front-end experience including CMS, PIM, ML search strategies, Product Personalization engine and others as needed
- Be the technical consultant and subject matter expert on tools and systems that drive our front end experience
- Maintain understanding of site architecture, standards, functionality, and available resources in order to quickly diagnose best course of action for project execution
- Be the main contact for issues with tools, 3rd party vendors or customer experience, working cross-functionally to resolve those issues and execute solutions on site
- Advocate for enhancements to tools that can improve customer experience
- Optimize and drive operational effectiveness of existing processes by identifying opportunities for improvement, gaining cross functional agreement and roll out of processes
- Responsible for clear communication across the cross-functional teams to ensure that all team members are updated on project milestones, decisions, status, mitigation, and delivery
- Monitor and analyze project performance to help identify opportunities to optimize client experience
- Manage and mentor direct reports
We would love to hear from you if…
- Have 4 - 6 years of experience in eCommerce website operations
- Demonstrated skill and experience in eCommerce site operations
- Experience working within a complex eCommerce ecosystem- tools include: Product Information Management (PIM) systems, Content Management System (CMS), Machine Learning algorithms and Product Personalization
- Management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, including ability to manage and manipulate large data sets
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication
- Strong sense of accountability/dependability
- Superior problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Outstanding communication skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships with business partners at all levels and across multiple locations
- Proven ability to take initiative, prioritize, organize, & manage several projects simultaneously
- High energy and flexible in a constantly evolving team environment
The annual base salary range for this position is $124,100.00 - $165,110.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
