You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in international and diverse working environment.</p><ul><li><p>Assist in coordinating and executing end-to-end recruitment activities.</p></li><li><p>Support the planning and delivery of employee training programs.</p></li><li><p>Organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives and events.</p></li><li><p>Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>1. Good problem solving and communication skills.</p><p>2. Fluent in English. Speaking other European languages is a mandatory.</p><p>3. Able to learn and master new knowledge and skills effectively.</p><p>4. Are able to work full-time on site for a period of 6 months starting September 2025.</p><p>5.  Enrolled in a university for the whole duration of the internship.</p>
