Lead the enterprise AI operating model—bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to how AI initiatives are prioritized, tracked, and delivered across the organization
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to uncover high-impact AI opportunities and translate ideas into actionable, value-driven programs
Build and manage a dynamic portfolio of AI initiatives, providing clear insights into priorities, risks, progress, and business impact
Shape how AI ideas become reality—designing streamlined intake, governance, and approval processes that accelerate execution
Influence strategic decision-making by helping leadership evaluate AI investments based on business value, feasibility, and speed to impact
Champion AI adoption across the enterprise by enabling teams with tools, frameworks, and practical guidance that enhance productivity and innovation

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Abilities: Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and execution discipline with the ability to translate complex AI opportunities into structured business cases, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver clear executive communication in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Experience: 6–10 years in strategy, transformation, operations, consulting, program management, or related roles, with proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives, building business cases, managing portfolios, and working with senior stakeholders
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Operations, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office(Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee) 25% of the time.
