If you are motivated to make a difference and thrive in a collaborative environment, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Position</p> <p>As a Senior Process Scientist, you will participate in project activities for design, constructability, schedule, and cost for a new purification facility. The key design principle will be to implement the best-in-class design standards from other facilities.</p> <p> </p> <p>The main tasks will be to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Participate in project activities such as design review, design risk assessments, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)</p> </li> <li> <p>Test and documentation</p> </li> <li> <p>Validation of the purification process</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage different stakeholders</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You will take an active part in a competent user organisation, integrated with engineering partners, and collaborating with contractors while supervising their activities. You will manage project risks proactively and develop standards to ensure structure and transparency. </p> <p> </p> <p>You will help us keep the team focused on implementing known solutions as well as developing new design solutions where relevant.</p> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>To succeed in this role, you have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Natural Sciences, or similar</p> </li> <li> <p>Solid experience in GMP </p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of unit operations, pharmaceutical processes, and documentation </p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in design review and validation of API processes will be a plus</p> </li> <li> <p>Full communication skills in English (verbal and written)</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>On a personal level, you will thrive in this job if you enjoy close teamwork, can ride out a storm, and are a motivator for others.
