Job Description:

We’re seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to join our client’s innovative team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the head of marketing to drive growth and visibility for our AI-powered course creation platform. You’ll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, developing a diverse skill set across various marketing channels. Responsibilities:

Manage and update website content, ensuring it’s current, engaging, and optimized for search engines

Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic

Create, schedule, and manage social media posts across various platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice

Design eye-catching marketing materials using Canva, supporting various campaigns and initiatives

Collaborate with the head of marketing on diverse projects, from content creation to campaign planning

Support day-to-day marketing operations, including administrative tasks and project coordination

Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance marketing strategies and drive company growth

Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing valuable insights for decision-making

Stay up-to-date with industry trends in AI, edtech, and digital marketing to inform marketing strategies

Requirements

Proficiency in content management systems and basic web editing skills

Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices

Experience managing social media accounts for business purposes

Creative flair with basic design skills, particularly in using Canva

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting

Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

1-2 years of experience in a marketing role is a plus, but we’re open to fresh graduates with a passion for marketing and technology
