Production Segment Leader - Molding

Our team from Vitesco Brasov is looking for a new colleague!

 

What you will do as a Production Segment Leader in our Molding department: 

 

• Manage the resources in the production area (material / people / equipment) across all shifts and prioritize the activities in order to manage the existent workload (e.g. Running of operations)
• Secure the production and delivery to customer, meeting the targets: time, cost, and quality
• Drive the improvement of line performance KPI's
• Identify deviations related to the production schedules and performs corrective actions
• Budget planning and control. Regular report/review with plant and central functions
• Ensure all the designed control methods, such like: Control Plan, PFMEA, Process Flow, Work Instruction, Poke Yoke, etc. are sufficiently implemented in the manufacturing process

 

What will you need to succeed:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
• Experience in manufacturing processes and technologies, with strong product knowledge;
• Knowledge of Environment, Safety and Health Standards in Production;
• Proven track record in cultivating and sustaining relationships across various organizational levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, at a fluent level.
