Senior Service Coordinator

<p><em>Would you like to become a part of a service team and build trust with customers, employees, and contractors (service sales and service partners) and present our partners with the best service offerings on the market? </em></p> <p> </p> <p>What is the job about? </p> <p>As a Senior Service Coordinator, you will apply well-develop professional knowledge to liaise and build trust with customers, service staff, and contractors regarding any scope of on-site and workshop works.</p> <p>In summary, your day-to-day tasks will be related to:</p> <ul> <li>Assistance for customers in determining the right items and with service delivery teams or partners for putting GRUNDFOS products into operation and working to solve faults and forward the necessary documentation. Either by telephone or by email.</li> <li>Order processing, creation of relevant work orders for service technicians and service partners, and processing in SAP.</li> <li>Determining the correct basic service parts requests and offering quotes for this.</li> <li>Supporting service partners to inquire about parts PN, price, and lead time.</li> <li>Assisting/providing input for service quotations for repairs, projects to be carried out, and/or spare parts. Preparing formal quotations for customers.</li> <li>Contributing to achieving HSE standards.</li> <li>Providing as much technical/administrative support as possible to colleagues regarding service issues.</li> <li>Reporting matters related to Safety, Health, and Environment.</li> <li>Coordinating and scheduling service operations (using Service Management System).</li> <li>Coordinating outsourced service activities to ASPs and international service requests.      </li> <li>Liaising and building trust with customers, service staff, and contractors (Authorized Service Partners) regarding any scope of on-site work, including Health&amp;Safety aspects.</li> <li>Assisting spare parts logistics and return of defective material from customers, distributors and service centers.</li> <li>Assisting in implementing plans, policies, and projects.</li> </ul> <p>What do you need to apply?</p> <ul> <li>Relevant work experience and ability to influence others and follow processes;</li> <li>Knowledge of best and relevant practices, systems in the service environment;</li> <li>Fluent in Finnish and in English;</li> <li>Microsoft Office and SAP proficient user;</li> <li>Communicative, independent, result oriented.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What’s in it for you?</p> <p>What are your goals?
