About the role: 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief of Staff to act as the right hand to our Chief Product Officer on our groundbreaking AI Operational Assistant (AIOA) initiatives. The Chief of Staff will play a pivotal leadership role on the team, acting as a strategic thought partner and operational leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Product Officer and support the development and execution of the AIOA strategy. Assist in roadmapping, quarterly strategy, and goal setting.

  • Operational Leadership: Lead the operational rhythms of the AIOA team, including structuring and managing the collective work, running operating meetings, all-hands meetings, and onboarding processes. Oversee program management and ensure alignment with OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

  • Commercial Strategy & Operations: Support the sales team with pitch and demo development, partnership formation, program structure definition, and deal execution. Coordinate sales operations and develop ROI models.

  • Delivery Strategy: Assist in managing our Innovation Cohort/EAP (Early Adopter Program) and scaling delivery strategies. Develop cost-to-serve models and build relationships with key customer executives.

  • Thought Leadership & Marketing: Form and manage the AIOA industry advisory board. Develop and execute marketing strategies, including launch planning, conference participation, and thought leadership activities.

  • Partnerships & Business Development: Manage industry AI partnerships and associations, clinical association partnerships, and technology vendor relationships.

  • Leverage Creation: Provide leverage for the Chief Product Officer through board preparation, special projects, and key company initiatives. Ensure smooth onboarding of new team members and act as a catalyst for company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in a strategic or operational role. Experience in management consulting and healthcare, particularly on the provider side, is highly desirable.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.

  • Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the organization.

  • Proactive Approach: Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

  • Attributes: Strategic thinker with a broad business skillset, willing to dive into both product and commercial aspects. Organized, detail-oriented, and possessing a true "cofounder" mentality.

The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $215,000. We pride ourselves on providing meaningful equity as part of our compensation as well. This salary represents the middle to the high end of market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package.
