About the role
The Marketing Manager implements and manages marketing programs and initiatives to support the sales team and the company as a whole with a focus on lead generation and brand recognition. This position may be funded with vendor MDF/Co Op fund by a specific vendor, which would give a focus to a portion of time devoted solely to that particular vendor, providing additional ROI reporting and lead generation.
What you'll do
- Partners with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.
- Understand and abide by all security and operational policies.
- Demand Generation
- Teams in the planning, implementation, running and reporting of all marketing programs, including demand generation activities: events, seminars, webinars, mailers, telemarketing, media/publications, web site and corporate communications.
- Manage outside marketing firms.
- Campaign management and tracking in salesforce.com.
- Video Content Management
- Manages and coordinates video shoots in the San Jose office studio.
- Manages videographer, production staff and any other personnel.
- Posts/distributes video to website, including Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Works with video team to learn video camera work and other technical aspects of video shoots.
- Social Media & Google
- Creates and maintains Computacenter US Facebook pages, including:
- Updates pages.
- Posts all new events and programs on page.
- Runs Facebook ad program.
- Creates and maintains other on-line marketing and social media like Twitter and Google Ads, as needed/developed.
- Keeps abreast of new social media and online marketing for future uses.
- CRM
- Updates CRM with all new leads.
- Organize old leads.
- Develop fast efficient lead follow up with sales.
- Creative
- Develops collateral with vendors and writers.
- Produces Success Stories.
- Manages the development and distribution of print ads.
- Assists with various design work as needed.
- Intranet Updates
- Works with Director of Marketing on intranet content so it is organized and intuitive.
- Develops efficiencies for better communications.
- Manages adding new content/links.
- Embrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.
What you have
- BA in Marketing, Communications or Business degree B2B marketing experience.
- 2+ years experience in Marketing in the technology industry.
- HTML or Web Site programming a plus.
- Graphic design experience a plus.
- Adobe Product experience a plus.
- NetSuite experience a plus.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- NetSuite experience a plus.
- Excellent computer skills, including navigation throughout the Internet, specifically social media sites.
- Basic accounting skills and understanding of profit and loss statements.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills.
- Passionate attention to details.
- Good technical understanding, but sales and marketing driven.
