Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is searching for an experienced and organized leader to step into the role of the Senior Community Manager at Cascade Place Apartment Homes located in Molalla, OR. This class A apartment community features amenities such as a sparking outdoor pool & spa, fitness center, community lounge and outdoor play area.

The Senior Community Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management operations including marketing strategies, resident screenings, rent collection, overall appearance and integrity of the property and more. In addition, the Senior Community Manager will directly supervise Property Managers across multiple apartment communities.

Location: Cascade Place Apartment Homes (Molalla, OR)

Annual Salary: $51,160-$62,400

Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM

FSLA Status: Exempt

Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend, eligible for bonuses, and mileage reimbursement for business-related travels.

Requirements

What you will bring as the Senior Community Manager (Job Requirements):

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One (1) year of previous property management experience is required.
• One (1) year of previous supervisory experience is required. 
• Six (6) months of previous customer service experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge of all city, county, state, and federal Landlord, Tenant, and Fair Housing Laws and refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.
• Strong marketing skills to competitively market the property.
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills with the ability to lead and direct others.
• Good verbal and written communication skills including demonstrated knowledge of cell phone use including phone calls, email, texting, and photographs.
• Able to speak, write, read, and comprehend English.
• Basic math skills with the ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, and agreements.
• Computer proficient and able to learn company software programs.
• Available for after-hours emergencies. 
• A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
