Summary

The Associate Warehouse Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the fulfillment department by training new and existing team members, maintaining a consistent staff schedule, providing support for the day-to-day duties, and driving team initiatives based on performance metrics and company needs. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to effectively time manage and multi-task as well as a high level of integrity. This role has access to confidential and proprietary trade secrets as well as product data, so integrity and high levels of discretion is required. The Associate Warehouse Fulfillment Manager must be committed to working safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as compliance regulations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Update and maintain team performance metrics
  • Check and verify number of inventory kits and contents
  • Ensure inventory kits and orders are packed in
  • Review and follow-up on tote discrepancies with customer service and driver management
  • Coordinate with routers and customer service to resolve order fulfillment issues
  • Prepare and conduct performance reviews with management
  • Document and memorialize performance feedback
  • Review and submit timecards
  • Prepare team schedule
  • Communicate updates and direction to the team
  • Assist with team retention by training employees and identifying personal growth opportunities
  • Ensure new hire documentation is collected and sent to HR
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective processes and procedures
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organizational standards and adhering to legal regulations
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to streamline processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner
  • Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences
  • Ability to create and maintain positive and collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work on several tasks/projects simultaneously, prioritize, and follow through to successful outcomes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to successfully navigate in an ambiguous environment
  • Travel may be required
  • 21 years of age

Physical requirements/Working conditions

  • Ability to frequently stand, speak, and hear
