ABOUT THE JOB

The Manager of Patient Marketing and Engagement will lead our patient marketing and engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in consumer healthcare marketing strategies that drive patient awareness and engagement into our health centers and ancillary products. This person thrives in a fast-paced growth environment that balances leading and collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders. You will work with a diverse, passionate team of marketers, and collaborate closely with multiple internal departments and clients. The Manager of Patient Marketing and Engagement will lead a team of Marketing Specialists and report to the Director of Marketing and Engagement, while working closely with the broader Marketing team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads patient marketing specialists to support and drive engagement efforts for Marathon Health clients
• Supports the regional Marketing team with additional marketing support for Marathon clients inclusive of engagement strategies, challenges, incentives
• Responsible for supporting ongoing marketing and engagement efforts including content, campaign, and asset development
• Management of patient marketing library
• Coordination with health promo team on annual calendar including monthly health promo email assets and patient-facing blog
• Oversees marketing for new client launches
• Leads incentive and challenge marketing efforts
• Develops translation strategy to meet client and patient language needs
• Responsible for broad direct mail and email campaign and execution efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 5-7 years of marketing experience in B2C marketing with a strong healthcare background or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience in Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, Asana and Hubspot preferred

Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000/yr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.
