Sinch Mailgun is looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy, and creative individual to join our outstanding strategic sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be instrumental in prospecting into our named strategic account lists, identifying contacts and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives. There will also be opportunities to assist our sales teams as needed and gain relevant experience in the field. This person will be given opportunities to network internally, to understand the process by which deals are won (and lost) and to run some of the quote/contracting process for the sales team. Sinch Mailgun has a fast-growing customer base which ranges from startups to enterprise corporations in a multitude of verticals. Are you interested in pursuing a career in sales? Responsibilities
- Respond with lightning speed to inbound leads while prospecting into a named list of strategic accounts
- Collaborate with Sales team members to effectively map organizations, identify contacts and schedule discovery calls with a high rate of conversion
- Become an authority in CPaaS and be able to ask (and answer) meaningful discovery questions with prospects
- Be the voice of customers, advocate for their needs, and embed with Sales to inform the strategic account roadmap
- Develop a positive relationship with customers. Respond to and resolve inbound prospect issues to drive pipeline progress
- Identify and make recommendations for ways to improve our processes, tools, and materials to enhance the customer experience
- Assist revenue operations with testing, execution, and reporting on account quality
- Work closely with a dynamic group of companies in our investment portfolio
Requirements
- Strong, relentless work ethic and a positive attitude. SDR work is not for the faint of heart.
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and curious self-starter who's always interested in learning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely, extremely organized
- Works well on a small team and across departments in a fast-paced startup environment
- Comfortable being managed to metrics and held accountable to a monthly quota
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Preferred - Experience with Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn

The annual starting salary for this position is $50,700.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with
