Job Duties: 

Color matches production colors with minimal supervision and provides production support for color related and rework issues. 

• Color match production colors to set standards.  
• Ability to follow written Quality system procedure and work instructions that apply to the Job Requirement. 
• Communicate to Compounding team when color is out of specification.  
• Modify and update color standards with new tolerances. 
• Qualifying Predispersions (tint strength, etc.) 
• Help support Compounding when color match is not available (organosol, filter, etc.) 

Requirements

• high school diploma or equivalent (required) 
• Must pass color match test (required)
• 6-months relevant experience (required)
• Forklift experience (preferred) 
• Experience with hazardous material (preferred)  

Pay Transparency

The current pay rate for this position is between $21.00- $27.00 per hour. Rate of pay will depend on factors such as market conditions and location, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training and experience.  If hired, employment will be at will. The Company reserves the right to modify pay, as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program, at any time. EOE
