What do we do?

In this role, you will help to create and coordinate different actions and materials  in order to implement our MKT plan in cooperation with different departments and partners. You will help to build up strong relationships with our partners by ensuring materials are properly created, delivered and actions are well executed, and support  Also, you will provide ideas on actions, creativities, and how to improve them, in other to impact the different markets.

We are looking for people that are proactive, and have enough motivation to make things happen. Out of the box thinkers and quick learners are welcome too!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement MKT actions between different partners in a B2B environment

• Coordinate requests and actions with other Exoticca departments (such as Design, Copy,...)
• POC for Branding Department
• Designing and delivery of creativities
• Guarantee proper and timely delivery of assets
• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials that may include presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
• Prepare and deliver on insights required by management.
• Support on the design, development and execution of projects in selected Partners.

Requirements

• Strong Communication skills (written and verbal)

• Fluency in English (C1)
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with different teams to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload
• Excel, G-Analytics, and Microsoft Office medium level
• Adobe, InDesign, Canva, and Photoshop advanced level
